HILI EDUCATION provides personalized learning that helps people develop English skills. The system provides individuals with an assessment of their current skills, and helps them fill in the missing pieces of knowledge to improve their understanding and use of the language. The system covers skills from Pre-A1 Beginner to C2 Native Speaker. We also help prepare students for the IELTS assessments. Our focus in these classes is on speaking and writing.
We are currently looking for an ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE to bring on new clients and manage existing customer relationships. We work directly with individual parents, and students as well as corporate accounts, which includes schools and universities.
An Account Executive is responsible for fully understanding a client’s needs and determining whether a business can meet those needs. An Account Executive oversees a team to ensure the company’s products or services are delivered on time, on budget, and up to the client’s standards. Some of the other duties an Account Executive is responsible for include:
- Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets and timelines
- Meeting with other executives to discuss clients’ project goals, progress and outcomes
- Developing budgets and timelines for clients and the company they work to support
- Coordinating teams to meet project milestones
- Assembling new teams to meet clients’ or businesses’ goals
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to close accounts and convert leads to customers
- Ability to understand products and communicate new approaches to customers in Vietnamese
- Ability to schedule individuals into classes
- Ability to work with the marketing team to develop marketing for the website and social media
- Experience working with decision makers for large organizations like schools and corporations in Vietnam
- Project management skills
