Learners will complete the initial assessment to determine their current level of English proficiency. Next, they will be placed into one of these five levels: Beginner (A1); Beginner Intermediate (A2); Intermediate (B1); Advanced Intermediate (AI); Advanced (C1). Each of these levels has three stages. The detailed curriculum for each stage is shown through the links below.
Individuals who advance to Stage 3 and demonstrate mastery of each stage will move on to the next level. For example, if a person begins studying at the BI – Stage 2, and completes the work for BI – Stage 2, and BI – Stage 3, they can move on to I – Stage 1.
Using this system, learners will be able to study at level of learning that is manageable for their skill level. It is also efficient, because learners do not need to spend much time on tasks they already understand. Furthermore, the system will detect missing knowledge and recommend training in lower level skills that the student needs to relearn.
